How much does a kitten cost?
I have calculated below the costs of breeding and raising a kitten, which is around €1300. This gives you an insight on how the basis price of our kitten is determined. The calculation is based on a total of 5 litters with average 3 kittens per litter for a female cat.
Note that the calculation does not include the time and efforts spent on the cleaning and care, as well as sleepless days before and after a litter is born.
